Salesforce Business Analyst

Robbie Flora, Salesforce Business Analyst, acts as a bridge between PolicyLink staff and the IT Operations Team. In this role, he is a creative problem solver that takes business pain points and translates them into actionable technology solutions. Prior to joining PolicyLink, he worked with Deloitte supporting the Consumer Financial Protection bureau. He also has prior experience with veterinary biosciences and insurance. Robbie lives in beautiful coastal Southern Maine spending time at the beach or on a mountain with his husband and energetic whoodle, Vinny.
