Moeed Ishrat

Director of Contracts and Compliance

Moeed Ishrat serves as the Director of Contracts and Compliance on the finance team at PolicyLink, where he is dedicated to advancing a future that ensures everyone can participate, prosper, and belong. With a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Moeed is proud to contribute to PolicyLink’s mission. Before joining PolicyLink, he held the same role at Community Solutions, a nonprofit focused on helping communities end homelessness in a measurable and equitable way. Moeed also has a background in the United States Coast Guard, where he was part of a Tactical Law Enforcement Team. He holds a bachelor of arts from Florida International University and a master’s in social work from Barry University. Moeed resides in Texas with his wife, two children, and a variety of pets.
