Iris Kong

Manager, Institutional Partnerships

Iris Kong, Manager of Institutional Partnerships, supports PolicyLink’s foundation and corporate fundraising, working with the team to align fundraising strategies with organizational priorities. Iris works closely with program, communications, operations, and finance to ensure effective and values-aligned donor cultivation and stewardship. She also supports strategic initiatives related to donor engagement, portfolio management, campaign planning, and capacity-building across the organization. Prior to PolicyLink, Iris managed a portfolio of fiscally sponsored projects at Arabella Advisors, providing operational, development, financial, and legal support to projects focused on issues ranging from cybersecurity to climate change. Iris started her non-profit career in education policy and reform in operational and fundraising capacities. Iris earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
